Retention: Retained during active account lifespan. Upon account deletion, deleted or anonymized within 30 days (except where law requires retention).

In-App Purchase & Transaction Data

Retention: Minimum 3 years (tax/financial reporting compliance). Subscription records retained until termination plus 1 year. Then archived or anonymized.

Communication & Chat Data

Retention: Until user deletion or account termination. Upon deletion, permanently removed (backups may persist 30 days).

Device & Technical Data

Retention: 12 months for analytics and security audits. Older logs anonymized or deleted.

Media & Shared Files

Retention: Until user deletion or 180 days of inactivity, whichever is sooner. Backup archives retained additional 30 days.

Advertising & Attribution Data

Retention: 24 months for campaign ROI measurement. Older data anonymized.

Google Play (In-App Purchase Processing)

In-app purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play. Payment data is handled by Google, not Ta Chat. Google implements appropriate security controls per Google's privacy policies.

Social Platform Integration (Optional)

If you choose to link Ta Chat to Facebook or Instagram, limited profile information may be shared per your authorization.

No Third-Party Data Sales

Ta Chat does not sell personal information to other companies.

How to Opt-Out (Targeted Ads, Sale, Sharing & Profiling) — Summary

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal information and certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (where applicable).
